1. Open the image. For the purpose of this tutorial, we are using this image: |

2. Click with the magic wand the white area outside the figure. Selections/Invert. Copy and Paste as a New Image. Now you have the butterfly with a transparent background. |

3. Shift + D four times to make 4 exact copies of the transparent butterfly. Go to Image 1 and choose the Deformation Tool: |

4. Stretch the butterfly moving the left and right sides of the deformation tool toward the center a bit: |

5. Now, do the same to Image 3, stretching a bit more.
6. Stretch Image 4 a lot and this time, after stretch, go to Colors/Adjust/Brightness and Contrast: Brightness: -15, Contrast: 5: |

Save your images as .psp, then open Animation Shop and click the wizard icon (the first one on the upper corner. Use the following settings: a. Same size as the first frame |
